I usually attach a piece of tubing to the bleed nipple and lead it up to a point above the reservoir. This way you can bleed on your own and all air goes clear of the system. Obviously follow the normal bleed order: Pass-R, Driver-R, Pass-F, Driver-F (do the LSPV first if you want to). It's as simple as that. Just sit and wait for it to do the work.
