WebFlow cytometry (FCM) is a high throughput method for analysis of optical characteristics of cells. Its main advantages are the fast analysis, high measuring accuracy, and sensitivity on the single cell level. Thus, FCM is widely applied for biological analysis, especially in medical routine diagnosis and medical research.
