It would appear that there is no way to activate the 42,000 points that you get for buying a new vehicle without activating the modem in the truck. You can't activate the modem without a smart phone. I sent an email to Customer Service to see if there is a work around.

If it is looking up charging stations, route planning, trying to filter, etc. nothing ever happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I'm running on 3.19 for Android.
