Web23 jun. 2024 · I guess all the Kinks fanatics are asleep, but Arthur to me is one of the greatest concept albums of all time (much better than Sgt. Pepper in my mind). The music is fantastic and the lyrics are insightful and humorous (as are most of Ray Davies lyrics). The only minor dud on the whole thing to me is "She's Bought a Hat Like Princess Marina".
